The house is in a prominent position on North Hill, next to Mutley Plain.

The university is a 10 minute walk.

The house has a large lounge, kitchen and WC on the ground floor.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate WC.

The third floor has 3 further bedrooms and a shower room.

This is a higher end student house.

The current tenants or 2nd and 3rd year students studying marine biology.

The room available is on the 3rd floor, and is classed as a single room. It does however have a larger bed (3ft 6 wide) which is in-between a single and a double.

The room also has draws build under the bed, separate draws, a wardrobe and a desk.
