Two Rooms.
Room 1 - King size bed, build in cupboards, bedside cabinets, recently re-decorated, plenty of storage space, desk to work on. £600 pcm.

Room 2 - Double size bed, under bed and headboard storage, wardrobe and shelving, desk to work on. £550 pcm.

House has lots of external storage space outside of the rooms so should be no issues. There is also a shed if you needed to store a bike or something.

Upstairs there is a toilet room and a bathroom.

Downstairs there are a living room with two double sofas. A second living room with a sofa bed (for an occasional overnight guest) that can be used to relax in with a bit of a home gym. A downstairs toilet. There is also the kitchen with a dining room area too. So lots of places to relax and socialise in.

We want you to come and feel welcome and be part of the household. The house has all the essentials like oven, microwave, air fryer, toasty machine, kettle, etc. Were not the type to count the slices of bread.

I am a professional working locally, my husband lives in Glasgow and will come down to visit every month. We are looking for fun friendly people to share the house with. We like watching movies, listening to music, board games, cooking and going to the beach. We are past our partying days, I don't drink, my husband rarely does but we do still like to be social, that's with food or playing board games and the like.

All bills are included (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband, etc), and we have superfast broadband in all rooms.
