Lounge

Hi, we’re Nicola and Lou, and we’re offering a lovely spacious double room in our three-bedroom home in Sherford. We live here with our friendly and very lovable dog, Maple, and we’re looking for a single non-smoker to join our home as a lodger. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table, with a small TV available if wanted. All bills and broadband are included, and there is also a private parking space directly outside the house. You’ll have shared use of our comfortable lounge, which opens onto an enclosed rear garden, as well as our well-equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, air fryer and slow cooker. The bathroom is conveniently located close to the bedroom, and the house has gas central heating throughout. Sherford is a lovely, growing area with lots of green space, nature and country walks right on the doorstep, while also being a convenient location for commuting by car or public transport. We both work, so home is generally a relaxed and peaceful place, and we’re hoping to find someone who is friendly, respectful and considerate, and who would enjoy becoming part of a warm and welcoming household while still having their own space and independence.
