- Oriented at back of the house sharing NO walls with other flatmates
- Ensuite bathroom with two showerheads and great water pressure
- Small double bed and plenty of storage space

Current occupants:
A mixture of students from University of Plymouth and the Arts University in primarily creative fields ranging widely in years of study and age. We are all clean and friendly and laid back with no pressure to drink or frequent loud functions.

Despite the large number of tenants, we all have very varying schedules and thick walls which allow privacy, if that is important

After having two last-minute drop-outs in August, we have one last room to fill and hope to meet our 9th member soon!
