🏠 Spare room available in a newly refurbished house
Got a spare room available in a newly refurbished house close to the town centre. Shops, the train station and town are all around a 5–10 min walk away.
The house has 2 new bathrooms, a big open-plan kitchen/living area and plenty of space to chill. Everything has recently been done up, so it’s in really good condition.
Looking for someone around a similar age who’s clean, friendly and sociable. The house is pretty relaxed, and we love the odd house dinner and pub trip together.
We’re into hikes, pub trips, travelling, grabbing food and doing things at the weekend, but obviously everyone has their own life too.
Would suit someone who wants a nice house with a good social vibe, rather than just a room to rent.
