I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy in an 8 bed student house in Plymouth.
The house is a 10 minute walk from the uni, a 5 minute walk from Aldi and a 15 minute walk from the train station!
Housemates are so lovely and it is with a private landlord who is so friendly and helpful!!
Housemates are either 3rd year students, masters students or placement students.
The room is a ground floor room with a TV, sink and great furnishings.
Sharing a bathroom with one other person.
The house also has a roof terrace with a beautiful sea view!!
Rent is £541 per month, all bills included.
Tenancy to start asap! I am happy to cover October’s rent.
I am so sad to be leaving this house, it really is lovely and so are the people and landlord!!
I unfortunately have just had a change of circumstances.
