We are on a quiet tree lined road but on the doorstep of major transport links,

1 minute walk away from all essential amenities, shops, and restaurants
4 minutes from a gym and park & 12 minutes from the city centre and train station.

The house is large and very well maintained and you will be sharing with respectful & considerate housemates who appreciate a tidy, relaxed, and harmonious living space.

Due to the size and design of the house.
even though there are 4 occupants it is rare we see each other than an impromptu movie night.

You must be an animal lover as we have a cat who believes he is in charge ;~>

All bills included aswell as jointly used essentials like toilet rolls, bin liners, soap, washing up liquid / powder etc.
