I am 1 of 5 in an HMO houseshare. We have all recently moved in individually. All working guys. As for the room, this is a decent size double and is furnished with double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and two built in cupboards with shelving. I am aiming to make it available from November yet can be flexible for the right tenant. The rent is £600 and this includes all bills, including council tax. Gas and Electric is capped for fair usage, with tenants to pay any yearly excess.
As for me, and my reasons for moving out; I am seeking a smaller household. This would suit a more sociable professional who is used to sharing in larger but friendly households.
