The flat is more of a radio, reading and talk based household, therefore unlikely to appeal to someone who loves a sofa and non-stop football.

Edwardian House, split into 2 separately owned flats. The top floor flat has sunlight streaming through from all angles plus a dramatic sea view from the roof terrace, a good place to watch the boats sailing on the Plymouth Sound.

The room has recently been decorated and has added insulation in the walls. It has a iron double bed, desk, storage and sofa plus an abundance of light in the morning.

City centre 7 min walk to city and university, located in mixed residential and student area. It is a 15-20 min walk to the train station. Within walking distance of x2 parks and 20 min to the waterfront.

The landlady is a vegetarian with a passion for the outdoors, especially year round sea swim, boxing training and meeting people from diverse cultures. Loves the arts and has a curiosity for languages.

Rent includes all bills and WiFi - with the exception of gas (card meter) this can be between £30 during the summer to £50 in the winter ..though this can change energy price increase/decrease.
