The flat is more of a radio, reading and talk based household, therefore unlikely to appeal to someone who loves a sofa and non-stop football.

Edwardian House, split into 2 separately owned flats. The top floor flat has sunlight streaming through from all angles plus a dramatic sea view from the roof terrace, a good place to watch the boats sailing on the Plymouth Sound.

City centre 7 min walk to city and university, located in mixed residential and student area.

The landlady is a vegetarian with a passion for the outdoors, especially year round sea swim, boxing training and meeting people from diverse cultures.

Rent includes all bills and WiFi - with the exception of gas (card meter) this can be between £35 during the summer to £58 in the winter ..though this can change energy price increase/decrease.
