One large double room available in friendly house in Lipson, Plymouth. The rooms are all spacious with double bed, furniture and a great view over the garden and Dartmoor.

The garden is large with a secure bike shed and 12ft shed ideal for board storage etc. There's also a large patio with lots of seating so you can have friends over for BBQs. Fruit trees, an allotment area and a large lawn make the garden a great place to relax in the warmer months.

The house has a spare single room for any friends that want to stay over or can be used as a home office. Both rooms have space for a desk also if needed. The kitchen has induction hobs and plenty of cupboard and freezer/ fridge space. There's lots of seating and a 42" flat screen TV in the lounge, making it a very sociable place. The separate dining room has double doors leading out to the patio area. There are two bathrooms, both newly fitted and include showers. The house has also been internally and externally insulated so is super warm and dry.

The house is in a great location as it's just a 10 minute walk from the city centre, on a main bus route and a 15 minute walk to the Barbican. You don't even need a parking permit for the road.

The current housemates are a really nice, friendly group of young professionals and we're looking for someone who will fit right in.


All bills and council tax are included in the rent including high speed broadband.
