Two large double bedrooms are available in our friendly house in Lipson, Plymouth. The rooms both have lovely bay windows and are furnished and light and airy.

One of the rooms has a desk if you need to work from home. We have ultra fast fibre broadband.

There is a large garden which has
- A locked shed, ideal for bike and board storage.
- A patio with outdoor table and chairs so you can enjoy BBQs
- Fruit trees
- A lawn
- Space for growing veg if you wish

The kitchen is recently renovated and has:

- Induction hobs
- Oven
- Fridge/Freezer
- Plenty of storage in cupboards

There's lots of seating and a 42" flat screen TV in the lounge. The separate dining room has double doors leading out to the patio area. There are two bathrooms, both with showers and the upstairs bathroom has a separate toilet. The house has been internally and externally insulated so stays nice and warm.

This house is in a great location as it's just a 10 minute walk from the city centre, on a main bus route and a 15 minute walk to the Barbican. You don't need a parking permit for the road.

The current housemates are really nice, friendly, young professionals and we're looking for someone who will fit in well.

All bills and council tax are included in the rent.

The room is available from now (April 2026) and costs £500pcm. The deposit is £250.
