We have one large double bedroom in our friendly house in Lipson, Plymouth. The room is light and airy and comes fully furnished.

We have ultra fast fibre broadband at the house.

There is a large garden which has
- A locked shed, ideal for bike and board storage.
- A patio with outdoor table and chairs so you can enjoy BBQs
- A lawn fringed by fruit trees
- Space for growing plants/veg if you wish

The kitchen is recently renovated and has:
- Induction hobs
- Oven
- Fridge/Freezer
- Plenty of storage in cupboards

There's lots of seating and a 42" flat screen TV in the lounge. The separate dining room has double doors leading out to the patio area. There are two bathrooms, both with showers and the upstairs bathroom has a separate toilet. The house has been internally and externally insulated so stays nice and warm.

This house is in a great location as it's just a 10 minute walk from the city centre, on a main bus route and a 15 minute walk to the Barbican. You don't need a parking permit for the road.

The housemates are really nice, friendly, young professionals and we're looking for someone who will fit in well.

All bills and council tax are included in the rent.

The room is available the end of November 2026 and costs £500pcm. The deposit is £250.
