We have one large double room (with wash basin) becoming available from the end of March. Our lovely house is fully furnished, has two bathrooms and a third separate loo, two fully-equipped kitchens, a very spacious shared lounge room and a walled courtyard garden (with BBQ).

All of our bedrooms are large doubles and are suitable for couples sharing or singles. Please note that for a second person sharing a room we charge an additional £85/month towards utility bills.

Street parking is available by permit from the Council at approx £30/year. Superfast broadband and Tivobox are provided free of charge.

We are proud to say that the house holds Grade A student accommodation status with Plymouth University.

It is always our aim to choose our tenants very carefully: we are looking for nice people who care about their living space, will look after the house, respect others’ space and contribute to creating a good atmosphere in the house.
