You will be sharing with us and other like minded professionals. We live in Hartley in a lovely affluent suburb in Plymouth near A38. FREE ON ROAD PARKING. We are also easily located for buses to Mutley plain, Plymouth city centre, Crownhill, Derriford hospital, University of St Marks & St Johns, Plymouth train station, Derriford science park, Babcock Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth Life centre, Plymouth University, Penninsula's university, PrincessYachts, Marine aquarium and Royal William yard. Excellent quality with all bills, gas, electric, council rates, water rates, t/v licence and super fast sky broadband included. Amazing south facing garden. Your room is newly carpeted and furnished with, table and chairs, new double bed & mattress set of draws, T/V DVD, iron, ironing board and double duvet and pillows. NON SMOKING OR VAPING ANYWHERE. Rent must be paid in advance £750 per four weekly in advance or £800 pcm and there is a £100 deposit, also a reference from your employer and previous landlord.
