This is a large double furnished room in a big well maintained home near the city centre of Plymouth- St Jude’s/Lipson, there is fast virgin WIFI £630, all bills included.

There are two bathrooms one has a shower and bath, there is a court yard garden. I am a live in landlord and am a clean, tidy professional working full time in social care. I am an easy going person. There's is never more than 3 in total sharing the house, mostly 2 so is clean, nice and chilled.

There's a small very friendly dog, the house is not far from the train station, is on a bus route and there is on the road free parking directly outside.
