There is a comfortable chair for relaxing.
PLEASE NOTE - the room is at the front of the house so not suitable for light sleepers.
You will have your own seperate toilet (not en-suite).
The shared bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The shared space on the ground floor is a large kitchen-diner with use of the fridge-freezer, oven, kettle, washing machine and microwave, leading to a dining room with access to a tiered back garden.
I have Broadband Internet and Netflix.
The living room, is my private space.
There is on road parking, no permits required. Bus stop across the road with regular routes into town. 5 minutes walk to local shops and supermarket.
2 minutes walk to South West Coast Path leading to local beaches and park.
About me.
I work part-time. I am an early riser as I like to make the most of the day.
I'm usually out during the day when I'm not working as I love being outdoors, especially walking my dog, swimming and cycling. I tend to do most of my socialising outside as my interests tend to be just that.
My home is my sanctuary and I like to relax in the evenings by listening to music, watching Netflix, reading and cooking.
I go to bed around 9.30pm. Therefore, this is suitable for a quiet and calm individual with a similar routine.
I am happy to share the occasional meal together and enjoy chatting.
My home is clean, tidy and clutter free.
Sustainability is important, as a result I prefer a cooler well ventilated house
I'm looking for someone to rent for 3 months minimum.
You will need to be working full time and not from home. Be clean, tidy, respectful and quiet.
Utility bills are included in the rent. You will pay 25% increase towards Council Tax (from my single persons discount).
