The room has a small double bed, wardrobe/storage and a desk. Shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden. Free parking and Wi-Fi included.

I'm usually out at work during the day on weekdays. I'm easy-going and respectful of privacy and looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate in a shared home.
I also have a pineapple conure, Marvin 🦜, who lives in the house and may be around the shared areas. Please bear this in mind if you have bird allergies or aren't comfortable around birds.
