I am a working lady with strict preference to a quiet & respectable lady lodger.
I am easygoing, quiet and will respect privacy.

The room is carpeted and is central heated.
Rent includes the use of house amenities, kitchen &bathroom.

The bathroom includes bath and Mira shower.
Electricity, gas central heating, water & Virgin WiFi internet broadband are included in the rent.
There is shared access to a large garden and patio (good for sun worshiping & bbq's in the summer:).
Free road parking is available for a car-owner.
The house itself is only five minute walk from the popular Plymstock Broadway shopping centre and modern library.
A bus stop is in front of the property ( no 18) which provides regular excellent transport links to town (15 min travel time), and 5 & '5a' bus runs at the top of road every 20 mins.
The house is in a prime, desirable area, five minutes drive away from stunning sandy beaches with spectacular coastline and beautiful countryside .
