The house is a thatched and detached & yes rose's round the door way.10 min drive through kenn to the A38/M5 5 mins by car to Marsh Barton or the number 2 bus for Exeter to Newton Abbot. Exminster is the nearest for amenities by 5 mins by car. We are looking for a warm friendly person who is also respectful, quiet, neat & tidy. Extra storage available in out house if needed. Separate dining room for entertaining or working. There is also a large garden. Plus lots of walking and cycling spots around here. I'm sure the first to view shall fall in love with this idelic spot. I will allow a smoker but strictly no smoking any where but the back door of the utility room.
