You won’t be treading on Lego or being chased by a child everywhere I promise! You will have your own place for peace and quiet!! :)

I currently rent the room out to someone who has lived with me for 4 years and is regrettably moving due to work commitments/ study.

The house is super chilled - it’s your HOME.

It is a 4 bedroom house. It will be a shared arrangement, we have a separate bathroom etc so you have your own space/privacy - My son and I spend most of our time elsewhere at weekends.

Happy to relax and watch tv together on an evening IF YOU WANT TO … no pressure :) I’m happy to hang out … BBQs and share a bottle of wine …. Equally I respect you may just want your own space and that’s totally ok!!
