We have a cozy room opening up in our house, just a short walk from Saunton Beach. The room has a lovely view of the burrows and gets plenty of morning sunshine.
The room is currently being occupied by a friend, all the stuff is also his, but he's willing to leave the main furniture behind in the room for £70 all in. Bed, mattress, wardrobe.
The house features a big garden open to anyone who enjoys gardening, and we often have BBQs out there. There's plenty of parking space, and inside, we have a working fireplace for those cozy winter evenings. We also have a communal piano for anyone who likes to play.
You'll be living with a friendly cat, and sometimes a dog comes to visit. We're looking for a tidy, working professional who appreciates a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. There's also a washer and dryer for your convenience.
If you enjoy beach walks, gardening, and cozy nights by the fire, this might be the perfect spot for you!
