Room Available in House Share Near Saunton Beach

We have a cozy room opening up in our house, just a short walk from Saunton Beach. The room has a lovely view of the burrows and gets plenty of morning sunshine.

The room is currently set up with the single bed and the curtains and the mirror. All the furniture can be removed if that's better. Or it can stay.

The house features a big garden open to anyone who enjoys gardening, and we often have BBQs out there. There's plenty of parking space, and inside, we have a working fireplace for those cozy winter evenings. We also have a communal piano for anyone who likes to play.

You'll be living with a friendly cat, and sometimes a dog comes to visit. We're looking for a tidy, working professional who appreciates a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. There's also a washer and dryer for your convenience.
