Happy house, happy housemates

A good size, downstairs, double room will soon become available.

We are a diverse collection of 3 and are looking for a cheerful, tidy individual to join our household.

We are all non-smokers and have 2 dogs. We are a busy (slightly bonkers) household with regular friends and family visiting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob and microwave. It also has all crockery, cutlery and pans etc. The kitchen has an adjoining dining area.

The utility room has fridge and freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The shared bathroom is ground floor with a level access large shower. There are two further seperate toilets available.

We have sky with full sports package, netflix and amazon prime. Internet / wifi is available in all rooms.

Access to the house is up 5 steps or a gentle ramp and access to the garden and patio is also ramped.

Rent is £159 a week or £690 a month including bills and council tax. This reflects the price rises in fuel and interest rates.
