Happy house, happy housemates

A good size, downstairs, double room has recently become available.

We are a diverse collection of 3 and are looking for a cheerful, tidy individual to join our household.

We are all non-smokers and have a small dog, although she is not in the property except overnight.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob and microwave. It also has all crockery, cutlery and pans etc. The kitchen has an adjoining dining area.

The utility room has fridge and freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The shared bathroom is ground floor with a level access large shower. There are two further seperate toilets available.

The conservatory is our shared lounge space. We have sky with full sports package, netflix and amazon prime. Decent internet / wifi is available in all rooms.

Access to the house is up 5 steps or a gentle ramp and access to the garden and patio is also ramped. There is a small summerhouse available for use by all.

Living here, you can choose to be social or not! Its totally your choice and can change from day to day. Any questions, just drop me a message :)

Rent is £150 a week or £650 a month including bills and council tax. This reflects the price rises in fuel and interest rates.
