The accommodation is on the ground floor of my quiet home, while my own main living accommodation is on the first floor, so there is a good degree of privacy.

The accommodation includes a furnished double bedroom, your own private shower room (for your sole use, but separate from the bedroom rather than directly en suite) and a private kitchenette with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer, plus use of washing machine. Driveway parking available and walking distance to town/buses.

You will also have use of a comfortable downstairs lounge with TV. This is a shared area rather than part of the exclusively rented accommodation, although I have my own living space upstairs so you would generally have the lounge to yourself.

The house is quiet and friendly and would particularly suit a working professional looking for a comfortable home-from-home rather than a traditional house share. It would be ideal for someone relocating to the area, on a temporary work placement or between homes.

£750 per month including bills.

Short-term lets preferred, approximately 2–6 months.

There is a large dog and an elderly cat in the home, so you would need to be comfortable living in a house with pets.
