Beautiful Large Property with plenty of space

My name is Melissa and I work in a Research centre at Exeter university.

I have a large house near Crediton. The area I am looking to rent out consists of a double bedroom, private bathroom and an additional small box room.

Then downstairs there is a second sitting room area that I would be more than happy for you to have use of. The house has two separate staircases so your side of the house has its own private staircase and entrance.

A long time ago the house was two separate cottage’s hence the layout! We have a large garden and about 4 acres. It is about 1.5 miles from Crediton but in a rural setting so you would need a car. It is about a 12 minute drive into Exeter.

I am 41 and I live in the house with my two children. The children spend 50% of their time at their dad’s house and they are both at school during the day.
