Also gets the sun in Summer (but not too hot). A very private room on the ground floor. A modern Wet-room is directly opposite the bedroom for your use. Kitchen also fully available for use. You also have access to the front patio (morning sun) if you wish. All bills (except telephone - assume you have your own phone) included. Sharing with 2 polite, welcoming and respectful people.
