Large Double Room, in house w garden, bills incl

Large double room to let in a period property in South Brent. You will have use of all communal areas including the beautiful garden and courtyard area. The monthly rent includes all bills and council tax. We can discuss getting broadband if your work requires it, or if your mobile data plan is not sufficient.

The room is furnished with a king size bed, coffee table, 2 seater couch and in wall clothes storage. If you want to swap any of the furnishings out we can discuss that, in general I will work with you to make the room fit your needs.

I am currently working on the living room area in the house but this will be completed relatively soon.

You will be sharing with myself and maybe a second lodger. I am easy going, I study a lot and from spring will be doing an OU degree, I am a musician but most of my musical activity is done with headphones so won't bother you.

Regarding smoking - There is covered area outside for smoking, so if you are a light smoker and can bear the winter time discomfort of having to go outside to smoke then you are welcome. But no smoking inside the house.

Travel connections for S. Brent - easy car commute to Plymouth or Exeter and everywhere in between via A38. Train from Ivybridge and a great bus connection for Plymouth, Totnes, Paignton etc. Totnes is 20 mins by bus and 15 by car.
