Looking for A Conscious Housemate near Totnes, Devon

We have a large furnished en-suite bedroom with balcony overlooking the orchard in a luxury eco-house, available to rent to a single person, who is working outside the home weekdays (I see clients at home).

There’s an open plan kitchen, with your own fridge freezer, dining and living space, and is an alcohol-free, smoke-free and a chemical and emf sensitive environment. Set in 3 acres of garden, swimming pool in summer, orchard, bluebell woods with fire pit, chickens and vegetable garden in development. The local roads are windy and not suited to cycling so you will likely need a car. There is driveway parking and a bus stop close by.

We are a family of solo mama and 5 year old twins living in a magical dream wooden eco home set within 3 acres, 10 minutes from Totnes and Dartington and 5 minutes from South Brent on the edge of Dartmoor. Protectively surrounded by oak trees with woodland to 2 sides and expansive views of Dartmoor in winter. While convenient for the A38 it’s a peaceful setting for those who appreciate nature, beauty and conscious living.

I am a mama and dance movement psychotherapist and formerly Buddhist meditation teacher, and thrive on kindness, conscious communication, authentic relating and creative expression. I’m looking for people who enjoy interacting with young children and understand the sometimes chaos of being around them! And who also would enjoy some shared meals, fun and play, tending the land/garden. You must work outside the home weekdays so in your message let me know your working pattern.
