The house is 10 minutes walk from St Marychurch precinct and Babbacombe just beyond and 25 minutes walk from Torbay Hospital. 15 minutes drive to Newton Abbott and Teignmouth. The area is well connected by buses.

The ideal tenant will be a quiet, respectful professional looking for a 6 month tenure
