Bright, Double Bedroom Available to Rent.

The Property and Room:
I am looking for a housemate to rent a bright, unfurnished double room in a lovely 2 bedroom terraced house in Staddiscombe (PL9). You will have your own private bedroom, facing towards a beautiful view of Plymouth. The room is completely unfurnished (apart from my standing mirror - which I can take out if you’re not a fan!).

The rest of the house is shared space, featuring a living room, a secure summer house (with electricity available) at the rear of the property (I believe the previous owner of the house used this as an office) a clean, shared bathroom, a dining room, and a kitchen with gas oven and washing machine. All of the house’s furnishings (including the washing machine, kitchen appliances and furniture are my belongings but if you hoped to bring your own appliances and furniture, you are more than welcome too).

The house has one allocated car parking space outside of the property and there is plenty of roadside parking directly next next to the residents car park.

Who I am looking for:
I am currently renting the house on behalf of my landlord and live here full-time. I am looking for a responsible, tidy and considerate housemate to share this space. As a newly qualified primary school teacher, I enjoy a home that is a relaxed, peaceful sanctuary after work but I am always up for a friendly catch up and daily debrief on the sofa with a cup of tea or sweet treat.

Whether you are a working professional or a student, I am looking for someone who respects shared living boundaries and the use of one another’s things where appropriate, communicates openly and takes pride in keeping their home clean and tidy.

Rental Terms and Details:
Rent - £500 per month.
