Lovely cottage looking to become a small community

Hello,

My name is Becky, I am 39, self employed. I live in a beautiful cottage in Staverton with my daughter (toddler). We have a gorgeous garden and we are 20minutes cycle from Totnes.

I am looking to build a small community from my little cottage. When I say this, I would like to open my house to a single or couple who would love to grow lots of veggies, share projects, have friends over, share food, plan weekend adventuring ...climbing, walking, cycling. A mountain cabin full of energy (balanced with peace).

My daughter is with her dad every other weekend. She is a delight.

I am unsure about all the details about bills etc. yet but will figure this out.

The room is available from now, but it would be nice to get to know the potential roommate(s) for a little while before moving in.

I haven't shared a variety of photos because it is a bit messy still having moved in and living with a toddler....but if the above interests you then get in touch.
