Double room to rent in a shared house. House is fully furnished apart from bed linen and quilt/pillows. The house has a nice outside courtyard with table and chairs and is a sun trap in the summer so perfect for bbqs. Has a washing line to dry clothes in the summer months and in the winter months we have drying racks and a dehumidifier that we use to dry the clothes. House is walking distance to the train station or into the city which is five mins walk or there is bus stops on the main road. Would suit a quite professional person. Previous landlord and current work reference required.
