The house has shared living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware available to use. There are also books and board games to borrow, as well as a garden.

The property has a live in resident landlord who is an accredited landlord, Ofsted registered and DBS checked.

On street parking is available, with residents responsible for arranging and paying for their own permit if required.

Pets, children and couples may be considered depending on the circumstances and existing household.
