My home is a light and spacious first floor apartment. Preferably I would like working professionals and people who want a home, not just a room. I am a retired teacher and would like tenants who I can trust to take care of the place. I have a tenant/friend who has lived here for nearly three years and would vouch for me as being easy going and flexible.
The house is in a quiet, central location less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, railway station and town. There is off-road parking for 3 cars and a lovely garden in which to relax or plant some produce.
There are lovely views of the estuary from the spacious lounge and a glimpse of the Back Beach and sea from the kitchen.
The kitchen is well-equipped and I enjoy cooking mostly vegetarian but occasionally fish. Looking for someone with similar eating habits. Also good for entertaining, a table that will seat eight and a small sofa to chill on.
The bedroom is kitted out with good quality furniture. There is a large entrance hall with space for a bike, a surfboard or similar.
The wetroom is shared with a power shower and storage.
