Bedroom with own lounge and shower room

I am looking to rent out the top floor of my house. It is nearly self contained but you have to walk through the house two flight of stairs to get to it.
It is a large double bedroom with loads of wardrobe drawer space with connecting door to own lounge furnished and own en suite on landing.
A microwave kettle toaster and small fridge also provided in alcove of lounge.
Shared use of washing machine in downstairs utility room.
The house is a two minute walk to the station and five minutes to beach shops and supermarket.
Sea views.
Outside space mainly paved plenty of outside seating in south facing garden.
I have a non moulting dog (Bichon/ Poodle cross 4 year old) rescue dog who although friendly will bark when he first meets new people.
We are laid back friendly folk.
But maybe looking for lodger who would use the accomadation as more or less self cointained. And feel it may be best suited to someone who is looking for short term
We do run two small business from the home. One in music and one in property and holiday lets.
We also spent a lot of time away.
