One bedroom studio flat in the lower floor of my 3 bedroom house. It is a bright, clean space and is newly furnished with a small double bed. There is a sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and air fryer so a compact but functional kitchen setup. Lots of storage and built in wardrobe, separate bathroom with shower and washing machine / dryer installed in your hallway area. There is a bracket for a small TV and good WiFi speed. Direct access to sunny patio garden. I am looking for someone in full time employment that keeps a tidy space and is respectful to house boundaries. I share a friendly dog with my previous partner. This would be a great rental for someone new to the area looking to get settled into their own space.
