Double room in friendly flat in center of Tiverton

Newly decorated and carpeted double room in a flat in the center of Tiverton. Me and my girlfriend live here but work full time, and are both very easy going and friendly. We also have two lovable cheeky cats.

The room will come furnished with a bed, bedside table and chest of drawers, these just haven’t turned up yet 🤣 Also has a big built in two tiered wardrobe/cupboard

Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. All bills included in price. WiFi is decently fast for Tiverton with speeds of roughly 60mpbs.

There is parking outside but only from 6pm-9am so it’s a first come, first serve basis, although there is plenty of off street parking nearby.
