Lovely double room available in a friendly, relaxed two/three-bedroom house in Tiverton!

The room comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and desk, plus you'll have your own private bathroom with a bath – so no fighting over the shower in the mornings!

You'll have full use of the house, including the kitchen, living room and all the usual appliances. There's also plenty of easy on-street parking.

A little about me: I'm 27, working full-time and generally pretty easy-going. I enjoy cycling, hiking, getting outdoors and the occasional trip away. I'm sociable and always up for a chat, but equally appreciate having my own space and downtime.

My previous housemate has headed off travelling to New Zealand, hence the room becoming available!

Ideally looking for someone who's friendly, tidy and considerate. Someone who's happy to have a chat or share the occasional drink, but equally comfortable doing their own thing. I'd like it to feel like a home rather than just somewhere we both happen to live.
