Short term en suite room Topsham

We’re a friendly family with two children (aged 16 and 13), offering a furnished double room on the top floor of our home for a short-term, flexible let. The room includes a private adjoining bathroom and is ideal for someone seeking temporary stop-gap accommodation—whether as a stepping stone or for a short-term work contract.
Please note: as we work from home, we’re only able to accommodate applicants who do not work from home.
The room features a double bed, freestanding wardrobe, and drawers.
The private bathroom suite includes a WC, hand basin, and a small slipper bath with a bath-shower attachment (N. B. the bathroom has no stand up shower).
Our home is just a one-minute walk from Topsham station, with regular trains to Exeter (15 minutes) and convenient bus connections.
