I have for rent a large furnished double bedroom, with the additional private space of the lodgers own separate lounge/study with a shared bathroom and kitchen, in a very light and spacious maisonette situated in the centre of Topsham Exeter Devon.

About the shared space:
-It’s three double bedroomed, two lounge, double story, fully furnished maisonette.

About the rooms for rent:
The spacious double bedroom is furnished with a chest of drawers, bed side table with lamp, mirrors, a chair and double bed, and large built in double wardrobe/cupboard with both shelves and hanging space.
Included is a separate furnished living room /study, which has a sofa, tv cabinet and lamps etc with space for a desk and chair, and excellent wifi signal through a broadband wireless extender in the room, so ideal for working from home.

- The large galley kitchen is well equipped with:
Breakfast bar
gas hob and electric oven
microwave
dishwasher,
washing machine
extra fridge with a freezer compartment for lodgers use.
There is also plenty of general shelving and storage space for two people to utilise.

- The bathroom is light and airy and on the same floor as the bedroom/living room for rent.
It has a large walk in electric shower and plenty of space for two people's toiletries

- There is BT full fibre broadband that has fantastic signal throughout the flat.

-About the flats location:
There is always parking available close by a council permit parking system in place and the fee included in the rent.
The flat is also very closely located to both bus stops and train station; which are ideal for commutes to Exeter, Exmouth, Sowton and Marsh Barton industrial estates and the RD&E hospital etc ..

Situated centrally in the town within walking distance of local shops, pubs and restaurants, a lovely estuary and quay and local walk and cycle paths.

Topsham is a very social town and its people are friendly. I have lived here on and off for a number of years and enjoy it very much.

-About me:
As a lodger in a flat share, you might want to know that I am an easy going and sociable person, but do also respect that we all need privacy and quiet sometimes too, (hence two living rooms).

Some of my interests are listed, but generally when home in down time, I do like to listen to music, watch tv and movies etc.
Cooking is something I enjoy too.
I lived overseas for many years as photographer, which is still very much an interest to me, as is painting and art.

I like to walk and cycle and there are plenty of lovely areas to explore in and around Topsham as mentioned.

I am looking for a like minded person that would enjoy this amazing living space and the town it's in.
