Seeking quiet animal-loving girl

The cliff from my roof terrace

Although my house is close to the town-centre and the seafront, it has a semi-rural feel, because there is a large green cliff at the back which is full of squirrels, bats, owls and the occasional pheasant and buzzard, which can be observed from the roof terrace. Recently there has also been a badger in the garden.
I currently have one perfect lodger and her two adorable dogs, and I would like another if I can find somebody ideal. The exact rent is not so important, what is essential is a compatible life-style.
I have an old female cat. The house has achieved its canine capacity, but a further feline is perhaps feasible, though rabbits, guineapigs, and hamsters might be preferable.
I am a physics genius, and enjoy cycling, swimming in the sea, and sitting beside the wood-burner watching tennis. My lodger works from home as a technology expert, having given up teaching maths due to the stress..
The room is 4m x 3m, and faces the cliff.
Rent includes all bills.
It might suit somebody who wants somewhere to live where they hardly have to interact with anybody else unless they choose to do so. My recent upstairs lodger liked to be left alone in her room, so we sometimes did not see each for over a week, despite sharing a kitchen and bathroom.
If you reply please tell me a bit about yourself, as I will only respond positively if I feel there is a fair chance you might be my perfect lodger. I always want to help everybody, particularly if they have pets, but I would not risk taking anybody in unless I was sure we would get on well.
