We have a large room with separate sitting area & en-suite shower room available in our house. This is bright, recently decorated and comes fully furnished

Sharing our kitchen but we will provide you with your own fridge. Use of washing machine but we don’t have a tumble dryer.

There is plenty of parking on very quiet street and we are located in Wellswood, just across from the shops, pub and restaurants in Ilsham Road

This is a quiet neighbourhood and our house backs onto a private park which is for the sole use of the other houses in our road.

The room has become available because our daughter has left home, it’s a large house and a shame for the room to go to waste.

I am a financial director, working from home and my husband is a semi-retired botany gardener and we are pretty easy going however there must definitely be NO smoking or vaping, either in the house, garden or park.

We are ideally looking for a professional (or a student) and have no preference as to age or sex but not someone looking to work from home.
