I live in a lovely three bed home that backs onto a wooded / forest area at the end of the secluded /private garden. There is a lovely view of the valley. TQ26DR. 10 mins walk to Cockington, 20 min walk to the sea, 20 min drive to Totnes. 25 min walk or 5 min drive to Torbay Hospital. Ideal for doctors and hospital staff.

I don't smoke or drink. i have no pets. The house is quite quiet and tidy most of the time.

I have slowly done up and decorated my house. There is a new bathroom and new kitchen. There is parking, huge garden and lots of storage for things like kayaks or paddleboards.

I like to live with non-judgmental open-minded people who can openly communicate, and who have their own interests / jobs / friends outside of the house...not really interested in living with someone who works from home and is at home all of the time sorry.

I love to live with people who keep the home clean/tidy and respect the new furnishings. . ideal for people who like to be as sociable as they do quiet. I am happy to have some or no interaction depending on how we feel that day.

There are two bedrooms - a smaller double and a bigger double. I live alone currently.

I have lived abroad for 13 years, working and learning languages, I speak French and Spanish. As well as acting and badminton, I am interested in learning, reading, eating, travelling, yoga, meditation, retreats, men’s work. I am learning guitar. I love to be outside in the summer. I've just bought some paddle boards and a little boat to go up and down the River Dart with my little disposable BBQ!

I work part-time in jobs related to mentoring for young boys / training / teaching. I love to support people. I have also got a job part-time in coasteering.

I don't have or want a Monday - Friday 9 - 5 type job with a strict routine of going to work and coming home to eat dinner and watch TV... Rather, I pick and choose when I want to work and what I need. In the winter I work more. I am trying to design a well balanced peaceful life, incorporating everything that is good for my emotional / physical / mental / spiritual well-being.

I love having friends. Friends are welcome in the house.

I am not necessarily looking for a permanent housemate - I am quite open to different propositions like Monday - Friday, one week a month, etc. i can furnish the room.
