Small double room in Torquay

I am a professional female working full time from home. I have a small Patterdale Terrier who is friendly but vocal towards new visitors to my home!

I have a small double room with 3/4 (4’) bed, wardrobe, drawers etc and small TV with Prime video. Use of fully fitted kitchen with washing machine (no drier so clothes have to be dried on clothes airer outside on terrace or indoors in communal areas)and dishwasher, shower room, lounge/diner, sunny terrace and small communal garden.

My apartment is modern and forms part of a converted Victorian villa on a quiet residential road above Rock Walk, Torquay seafront. Train and bus links are within walking distance as are the seafront and town centre. On street parking available close by.

Would suit a person in full time employment but not working from home as there is not room in the bedroom for a desk and I use the lounge/diner area.

Room is available to view from 1st July and available to rent from 1st September

A holding deposit of £125 will secure the room and will be taken off your deposit which is one months rent. Rent payable in advance.
