Our Penthouse Apartment is available to rent. We are happy to discuss a range of rent types.

It is a third floor apartment on Belgrave Road.
We are a 10 minute walk from the centre of town, 15 minutes from the harbour, and 5-7 minutes from Torre Abbey Sands beach.
Torquay train station is a 10-15 minute walk away, there are buses to all the local towns and also to Torbay Hospital for easy access.
Free parking is available on all of the adjoining streets. There is also a local taxi company directly opposite.

The apartment has a double bedroom with desk, side tables, wardrobe and double bed. There is a large ensuite shower room which has been newly refurbished.
In the main room is a kitchenette, dining table & breakfast bar with a microwave grill, fridge freezer, and other facilities. There is a living room with a sofa, armchair and coffee tables. We provide two Smart TVs in the apartment.

The apartment is self-contained but we live do live on the premises in a different area. Therefore, any potential renters will be required to meet us prior to being approved to rent.
