Bungalow with sea views, a double room for rent overlooking the back garden.



The room can be let on a short term basis of no less than 6m - a long term lodger is preferred .
The room is ready to move in on the 21st of August 2026 - when the present lodger vacates the premises.

REMOTE VIEWING ARE AVAILABLE BY REQUEST.

The lodger has access to the hosts kitchen from 6pm to 7.30 pm every evening to cook a meal and ( to take the meal back to their own room to eat at the their own table). The lodger also can access the kitchen to wash their dishes after they have eaten their meal.

Payments are made on a monthly basis (no pro rata). Its 1 month rent in advance £490 and £450 deposit up front.

The room is strictly single occupancy only - (guests are prohibited)

The room has a toaster, a kettle, a microwave and fridge.
The lodger can arrange a time to use the washing machine and either use the washing line outside or a clothes airer in the lodgers room... or in the winter months the heating is on for a few hours every night, so clothes can be placed on the radiators to dry.


The lodger has access to a large private garden and patio in the summer.

The bungalow Would suit a young professional or working individual.
The property is a 20 minute walk from Torbay hospital and close to a local supermarket and Abbey Sands beach.
The room has 1 comfy single bed with good mattress, bedding and pillows and towels are not provided, there is a hanging area that can double as a drying clothes area. There is a set of draws, and a table and chair to sit and eat food at.
The bungalow is strictly a quiet space, loud music or any loud behaviour is strictly prohibited. The ideal lodger would be someone who appreciates their privacy and quiet spaces, and also respects my privacy also.
I have 2 dogs, so please be aware this is a dog friendly environment. Please do not apply if you dont like dogs...

There is CCTV installed on the premises, and outside the premises.
