Please note there is no access to host accommodation or the hosts kitchen as the room has it's own kitchenette. Payments are made on a monthly basis (no pro rata).
The room is strictly single occupancy only - guests are prohibited

Double room with a garden view with its own kitchenette/cooking facilities including, sink, fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker and toaster.
Laundery service available from the host ( clothes washed and dried £5 per load). Home cooked evening meals can be arranged at times.


Access to a large private garden and patio in the summer.
One character reference is required, one months rent in advance plus a deposit.
Would suit a young professional studying or working at the hospital or retired person.
The property is a 20 minute walk from Torbay hospital and close to a local supermarket and Abbey Sands beach.
1 single bed with good mattress, bedding and pillows and towels are not provided, there is a hanging and drying clothes area, a set of draws, a small table, comfy chair, kitchenette, and sink. The bungalow is a quiet space please no loud music or noise someone who appreciates their privacy and mine and is also friendly.
One small dog possibly considered.
