Light, spacious double with large en suite to let

Looking for someone friendly to share my home with. I have a furnished spacious double room with a large en suite to let. The room comprises a double divan with drawers underneath for storage, a bedside table with drawers, 2 wardrobes, a desk, and a small table. The en suite comprises a large sink, a large toilet, (!) a double shower, and heated towel rails.

The spacious lounge/diner leads onto a 40 foot balcony with table and chairs, a parasol, and a sun lounger.

Full use of all amenities with rent to include all bills; council tax, water, gas, electric, and broadband.

Ideally, I'd like someone who can commit to at least 6 months initially but would consider a shorter term at £695 a month. This could be negotiable depending on the length of stay and circumstances.

After the initial 6 months, it will be a month rolling.

Smoking is permitted on the balcony and vaping in the flat is fine ( I vape :))

There is parking here but only one allocated parking space which I do use. However, if needed, to unload shopping, or coming home late, etc, I'm happy to park up the road occasionally where this is always off-road parking available less than a 30-second walk away.
