Private access (with door key) from garden to room. Next to the room is a large shower room. Large, spacious shared kitchen. Three garden areas with patios and fish pond. Plenty of roadside parking. Use of dishwasher and washing machine.

We have a small, friendly Jack Russel cross terrier.

Chelston is a quiet area of Torquay. We are 10 mins from Cockington Country Estate, a thatched cottage village dating back to the 15th century, beautiful scenery and walks and approx 20 minutes walk to town or 30 minutes walk to Torbay Hospital.. Plenty of local shops/takeaways, doctors, chemists within 10 minutes walk.

We are a quiet, easy going, relaxed household.
