It is ideal for contractors on local projects, temporary workers, or anyone moving to the area who needs a settled base while they find more permanent accommodation. We are not offering long-term or permanent residence.

You will have your own private bedroom with a TV, along with shared use of a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge with a large TV. The property is quiet, well managed and owner occupied, with free on-site parking.
