I have a double bedded bedroom en suite, plus a small sitting room in my large Victorian house 3 minutes walk from the seafront and railway station. fully equipped laundry room, garden and terrace. quiet location. Accommodation is on 2nd floor .the kitchen also on this floor is shared with a long term tenant in his early 60s who travels 5 months of the year. we are a quiet house and like the calm ambiance here. Kitchen has fridges freezer ,air fryer. microwave and small oven and hob. Wonderful views of Torre Abbey from all your windows. Small chug dog very friendly lives downstairs with owner. Particularly pretty garden and terrace here. The cleanliness of the rooms would be your total responsibility. I do have a marvellous cleaning lady who comes to me every 2 weeks. She would change your bedding and clean for you if required. we do not like loud music played at any time. you will have a television in your room. The room is freshly carpeted and painted with new duvets, pillows and good quality bed linen provided. You could have a lovely peaceful home here.
