Basement flat, light and airy

Hello! We are Jen and Matt, and we live in a Victorian Villa in the Torre area of Torquay. We would like to rent out our basement flat to professionals on a Mon-Fri basis.

This flat is fully furnished, and has a large double bedroom with desk area, private shower room, lounge area, and large kitchen-diner. At present, the access is through our house.

There are opening windows which let natural light in, but there is no outside space, so the property is not really suitable for pets. We have strict no smoking rules for our property.

All bills are included, including utilities, council tax, WiFi and Sky TV.

Kitchen facilities include oven, hob, American-style fridge freezer with ice and water dispensers, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, as well as all cutlery, crockery, utensils, pots and pans, etc.
The bedroom has a double bed, storage including wardrobe and drawers. There is additional seating, and a desk/dressing table.
The lounge area has a sofa and flat-screen smart TV.

This really is a lovely, spacious flat, only 5 mins walk from Torre station and bus stops. If you would like to come for a viewing, please let us know.
