I have a newly decorated and carpeted double bedded room with an en suite shower room with WC and wash basin. There is also a bathtub available. Adjacent is a pleasant sitting room for your use only. This is a bright and sunny room with views over Torre Abbey. The kitchen is shared with 1 other person a long time resident. Downstairs a fully equipped laundry room. A very pleasant garden and terrace and good off road parking. We are a quiet house and not suitable for lovers of loud music! Four minutes walk to seafront. Owner has small very friendly little dog who is always with him downstairs.
