Hello! I’m looking for a friendly, considerate lodger to enjoy my newly renovated ground floor flat.

The flat is fully furnished and has its own separate access and private backyard. Inside, there’s a living area with a small double bed, a two-seater sofa and storage; a kitchen with a gas hob, breakfast bar, storage and an under-counter fridge freezer; and a shower room. I live on site in the main house, so I’ll be nearby if you need anything. Torbay Hospital is around a 20-minute walk away.

Please note, although pics currently don't show radiators, they are being added to the kitchen and living/bedroom this week!

Rent is £740 per month, with gas, electricity, water, council tax and full fibre internet included.
